Velma Hollenkamp has been working with Brett Goodson since 1990. Velma attended Mother of Mercy High School in Cincinnati, graduating in 1965.

Velma is the jack-of-all-trades around the office assisting everyone in his or her daily duties. She answers the phone, does general secretarial work, orders supplies and assists clients.
